With nearly three decades of experience in real estate, Malcolm is a dedicated Senior Property Manager known for his honesty, empathy, and attention to detail. Since starting in the industry in 1995, he has developed a strong ability to manage leasing, maintenance, routine inspections, and rent reviews while acting as a key liaison between renters and rental providers.

Malcolm thrives in the fast-paced nature of property management, enjoying the variety each day brings. Meeting new people, problem-solving, and overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties keep him motivated and engaged.

Outside of work, Malcolm enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
